This intensely flavorful, wild-caught US shrimp has been landed off the coast of North Carolina. Plus, shell-on cooking naturally boosts flavor. This is ideal for stir frying, grilling and roasting. This shrimp is raw with the shell and tail on. 1 portion is approx. 16 oz, 30 shrimp (1 lb). We recommend 8 oz. per person.
